Product Description

Intriduction:

•    The overall head of the diving with a cast cable seal design; special processing technology cable ends, even if that does not damage the cable jacket water infiltrated the motor, oil -resistant rubber flexible cables meet the national standard GB / T 5013.4 and JB / T 8735.2;
•    High-performance squirrel-cage induction motor, designed and manufactured specifically for submersible pumps, in line with GB755 standard motor insulation class F, motor enclosure protection class IP X 8, power 75kW pump, motor stator thermal protection built 145 ·c , a maximum operating temperature of up to 145 ·c, to ensure that the pump runs without overheating the motor is running, the device prevents burnout;
•    Multi-blade or runner Francis Large channel impeller, with a strong anti-winding and non-clogging performance, excellent high-performance, mature and stable, through dynamic and static balance test, smooth operation;
•    The pump head and motor coaxial, using the short axis extending structural design, compact structure, reducing the shaft from the design and manufacture of deflection, vibration operation, so that the seal and bearing life longer;
•    Power 90kW pump on the cover of the chamber, the stator chamber, oil chamber cavity is provided with a leak detection signal from the sensor, set up within the next cover bearing temperature sensors, more monitoring devices, capable of sustained and effective monitoring of the pump running state protection can be achieved by controlling the pump cabinet, eliminate faults, to ensure the operation of the pump;
•    Rolling bearings, bearing short cylindrical roller bearings, angular contact boll bearings under bearings and deep groove boll bearing assembly con withstand axial and radial loads running, and completely separate from the m edium pump delivery .
•    The seal in two or three separate mechanical seal ( pump varies depending on the structure), the motor is completely sealed off from the pump, mounted vertically in series, the double insurance to further improve the reliability of the seal, to ensure a long-term reliable operation of the pump
•    Configuring water cooling jacket, through the special design of the cooling water circulating in the jacket, the motor heat is taken away, even in the case of dry pump installation environment or low water levels can normal operation;
