Double Suction Water Pump DFSS Series

DFSS series Single Stage Double Suction Water Pump is a patented horizontal double suction pump designed and produced by Shanghai East Pump (Group) Co., LTD in strict accordance to domestic and international standards. The pump has been awarded CE certificate after being rigorously tested by certified 3rd party labs. Having a very long service life, the pump is highly reliable, efficient, energy saving and easy to maintain. 
 
The pump adopts linear design and reinforcing rib to improve its overall structure for stable installation and visual appeal. Short distance between bearings preserves the rigidity of the shaft, ensuring the stable operation, low vibration and noise of the unit.
 
Full closed shaft design, so there is no contact between the shaft and the medium, keeps the shaft from rusting. The shaft has a long service life and can be easily dismantled.
 
Shaft body adopts middle open structure, open pump cover and shaft upper cover, could take out complete rotor, easy adjust and convenient to maintain.
 
There are two shaft seal structures of mechanical seal and packing seal, according to demand of user, we can adopt special seal mode, such as sand sealing, cut layered packing seal etc.
 
Pump body and cover both adopt resin sand molding, which make sure outline of casting and flow passage accuracy dimension, smooth surface, enhancing hydraulic efficiency.
 
Pumps select high efficiency hydraulic model and adopt CFD optimal design, enhancing the hydraulic efficiency and improving the performance of cavitation.
 
Adopt the finite element method for strength calculation, make the pump operate more reliable and durable, extending the life of pump.
 
Bearing has water cooling structure, can be worked at high temperature. Bearing can select Grease Lubrication of Dilugte oil lubrication.
